Judge Cisca Tischer of the Napa Superior Court recently overruled challenges to lot line adjustments that were approved for a landowner in Yountville, as well as a recent revision of the lot line adjustment ordinance adopted by the County Board of Supervisors.
These decisions confirm that landowners who own two or more adjacent parcels will be able to reconfigure the shape and size of the parcels to maximize their value.
